Program Details

Winter 2026 programs run for up to 8 weeks and can meet 2-3 days per week beginning the week of January 5th.

Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes each. The age of athletes for SOAR programs ranges from 6th-12th grade as well as college athletes. Please contact for those in 5th grade or lower.

Athletes are placed into age specific groups where they can be motivated by peers with similar athleticism.

SOAR+ programs are available for more sport-specific and advanced training.

The MVP membership is available for both SOAR & SOAR+ to get you the most bang for your buck.

Return to Play Personal training is also available for the most individualized training option. This is particularly good for rehab after an injury and/or the best way to not add to over-training in an athlete.

Team training sessions and online training available upon request.

Expert-level Coaching

Athletes will be pushed through proper training techniques to achieve athletic and fitness goals by our college-educated and nationally certified trainers with over 10 years of training experience. Athlete's will not only come away with athletic gains but a renewed sense of self-confidence, hard-working abilities, and perseverance.

Exercise Regimen

Sessions include up to 6-10 weeks of a progressive exercise regimen that pushes athletes to improve in speed, agility, power, and strength. Program is available for beginner to advanced athletes.

Sport-specific testing

Each SOAR session includes sport specific testing to assess athletic ability through muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and flexibility.

Our Winter Session begins the week of January 5th, and we’re excited to offer three ways for athletes to train.

1. SOAR Foundations:
For athletes who want to build a solid foundation in strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, confidence, movement quality, and athletic fundamentals.
2. SOAR+: 
Our premier program for athletes wanting advanced coaching, sport specific training, priority access, and deeper development.
3. IGNITE: Speed: 
Our seasonal speed-development program focused on:
• Acceleration
• Sprint mechanics
• Change of direction
• Top speed
Perfect for athletes preparing for spring sport seasons.

WINTER Athlete SCHEDULE
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
1. 6:00–7:00 AM — SOAR+
2. 7:00–9:30 AM — SOAR+ Open Gym
(for athletes off school or with late start schedules)
Afternoons:
1. 4:00–5:15 PM — SOAR Foundations & SOAR+
2. 5:20–6:35 PM — SOAR Foundations & SOAR+
Tuesday / Thursday
1. 4:00–5:15 PM — IGNITE Speed & SOAR+
2. 5:20–6:35 PM — IGNITE Speed & SOAR+

Athletes can register for:
6–8 weeks, 2–3x per week: Athletes must start between the weeks of January 5th-January 23rd
