Program Details

Summer 2025 programs run for up to 10 weeks and can meet 2-4 days per week. Sessions are available beginning in the morning and run throughout the day for an 1 hour and 15 minutes each. The age of athletes for SOAR programs ranges from 6th-12th grade as well as college athletes. Please contact for those in 5th grade.

Athletes are placed into age specific groups where they can be motivated by peers with similar athleticism. SOAR+ programs are available for more sport-specific and advanced training. Personal training and team training sessions available upon request.

What do our programs include?

Expert-level Coaching

Athletes will be pushed through proper training techniques to achieve athletic and fitness goals by our college-educated and nationally certified trainers with over 10 years of training experience. Athlete's will not only come away with athletic gains but a renewed sense of self-confidence, hard-working abilities, and perseverance.

Exercise Regimen

Sessions include up to 8-10 weeks of a progressive exercise regimen that pushes athletes to improve in speed, agility, power, and strength. Program is available for beginner to advanced athletes.

Sport-specific testing

Each SOAR session includes sport specific testing to assess athletic ability through muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and flexibility.

1:40–2:55 PM: Game Changer Basketball3:00–4:15 PM: SOAR / SOAR+

This will be a very detail-oriented program focused 100% on your needs and goals. We also have sports rehabilitation programs available aiding athletes on getting back to competition after an injury.
