PROGRAM SIGN-UP

Program Details

Summer 2026 programs run for up to 10 weeks and can meet 2-3 days per week beginning the week of June 1st.

Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes each. Summer months offer 7 classes every day of the week starting at 7 am and finishing up at 4:15 pm. The age of athletes for SOAR programs ranges from 6th-12th grade as well as college athletes. Please contact for those in 5th grade or lower.

Athletes are placed into age specific groups where they can be motivated by peers with similar athleticism.

SOAR+ programs are available for more sport-specific and advanced training.

The MVP membership is available for both SOAR & SOAR+ to get you the most bang for your buck.

Return to Play Personal training is also available for the most individualized training option. This is particularly good for rehab after an injury and/or the best way to not add to over-training in an athlete.

Team training sessions and online training available upon request.

Expert-level Coaching

Athletes will be pushed through proper training techniques to achieve athletic and fitness goals by our college-educated and nationally certified trainers with over 10 years of training experience. Athlete's will not only come away with athletic gains but a renewed sense of self-confidence, hard-working abilities, and perseverance.

Exercise Regimen

Sessions include up to 6-10 weeks of a progressive exercise regimen that pushes athletes to improve in speed, agility, power, and strength. Program is available for beginner to advanced athletes.

Sport-specific testing

Each SOAR session includes sport specific testing to assess athletic ability through muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and flexibility.

Summer sessions officially begin the week of June 1st, and spots are already starting to fill!Athletes can choose:
• 6, 8, or 10 weeks of training
• OR flexible month-to-month options
• 2–3 workouts per week

With 7 class times offered daily, there are plenty of opportunities to train:
7:00 am | 8:20 am | 9:40 am | 11:00 am | 12:20 pm | 1:40 pm | 3:00 pm

Return to Play (RTP) Personal Training

SOAR bridges the gap between rehabilitation and full athletic performance. Designed for athletes coming back from injury or extended time away, this program provides individualized training plans that rebuild strength, restore confidence, and safely progress athletes back to competition or high-level activity.

Our coaches work closely with each athlete to address mobility, stability, and performance needs, ensuring a smooth transition from recovery to peak play.
