Scientifically Oriented Athletic Regimen is a versatile and progressive training program based in science and focused on helping athletes reach new levels of performance. Our holistic, balanced approach will never fail to build a well-rounded athlete. As past athletes ourselves, we created the SOAR program to fit the needs of any athlete.
We have put our college-education in exercise science, national certifications as personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, and vast experiences with athletes to build a one-of-a-kind program in Northern Colorado. We strive to connect with each athlete to help them feel welcomed, motivated, and ready to work hard each session.
