Summer 2024 programs run for up to 10 weeks and can meet 1-4 days per week. Sessions will be available all day beginning in the morning and running through the afternoon. The age of athletes for SOAR programs ranges from 6th-12th grade as well as college athletes. We have also added a 4th and 5th grade option!
Athletes are placed into age specific groups where they can be motivated by peers with similar athleticism. SOAR+ programs are available for more sport-specific and advanced training. Personal training and team training sessions available upon request.
Athletes will be pushed through proper training techniques to achieve athletic and fitness goals by our college-educated and nationally certified trainers with over 10 years of training experience. Athlete's will not only come away with athletic gains but a renewed sense of self-confidence, hard-working abilities, and perseverance.
Sessions include up to 10 weeks of a progressive exercise regimen that pushes athletes to improve in speed, agility, power, and strength. Program is available for beginner to advanced athletes.
Each SOAR session includes sport specific testing to assess athletic ability through muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and flexibility.
