Overview:

Summer 2021

Summer programs begin June 1st! We will be offering several different session times including early morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, and evening. With spring sports extending into summer, we have options for that as well. 

Fall 2021 

Beginning in late August/early September. This program is great for athletes looking to train for winter/spring sports, and who are not participating in any fall sports. We will also be offering a basketball specific session starting September 13th! 

Early Winter 2021 

Beginning in October. The early winter program is great for athletes finishing up fall sports and looking to train before the winter break! 


Summer Start Dates:

  • 8, 9, or 10-week option- Tuesday, June 1st OR Wednesday, June 2nd (depending on 2 or 3 days per week option) 
  • 8 or 9-week only option- Monday, June 7th OR Tuesday, June 8th 
  • 8-week only option- Monday, June 14th OR Tuesday, June 15th 
  • 4–6-week options will be available for athletes needing shorter program length- Start in June or July. Contact for details.  

    *Each session will have a limited number of spots available!

Summer Class Schedule: 

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes 

  • 7-8:30 am: 10 spots
  • 9-10:30 am: 6 spots *SOAR+ only 
  • 11-12:30 pm: 8 spots 
  • 1-2:30 pm: 10 spots
  • 3-4:30 pm: 10 spots

 Tuesday and Thursday classes 

  • 7-8:30 am: 6 spots *SOAR+ only
  • 9-10:30 am: 8 spots
  • 11 am-12:30 pm: 10 spots
  • 1-2:30 pm: 10 spots
  • 3-4:30 pm: 10 spots 

 *Saturday Class 

  • 8-9:30 am: 10 spots
  • 10-11:30 am: 10 spots 

*Saturday class is open to anyone looking to add another class time. 

Pricing Information:

*Team, Sibling, and Referral Discounts available!  

  1. SOAR+ 3-days per week (includes 24-30 sport-specific training sessions, In body Body Composition Analysis, pre-and post-athletic testing): *Must meet requirements to enroll
    • _8-weeks- $480, 9-weeks- $540, 10-weeks-$600

    *4-6 week options available also
  2. SOAR+ 2 days per week (includes 16-20 sport-specific training sessions, In body Body Composition Analysis, pre-and post-athletic testing): *Must meet requirements to enroll
    • _8-weeks- $320, 9-weeks- $360, 10-weeks-$400

    *4-6 week options available also
  3. SOAR 3-days per week (includes 24-30 training sessions, pre-and post-athletic testing):
    • _8-weeks- $410, 9-weeks- $460, 10-weeks-$510

  4. SOAR 2-days per week (includes 16-20 training sessions, pre-and post-athletic testing):
    • _8-weeks- $270, 9-weeks- $305, 10-weeks-$340
